Working with Me

Hello. Thank you for joining the Authority Accelerator program. My name is Renée Hasseldine and I look forward to working with you to help you Communicate Your Value, Supercharge Your Sales, Leverage Your Legacy and Wow Your Clients.

This document is a Client Agreement (the “Agreement”) and is between Eventology Pty Ltd trading as Share Your Passion (me) and you (the “Client) and describes the terms and conditions of working with me so we both enjoy the experience!


I help coaches, experts & thought leaders to create their Signature Systems using Visual Models through the Authority Accelerator program. You have engaged Share Your Passion to deliver this program to you.

Please read this document carefully and sign and return to me via email to While it is expected that this Agreement will be signed and returned by you, you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement upon receipt by you via email AND by continuing to accept and engage the services of Share Your Passion.


1. Services

You understand and agree:

This Agreement will commence upon acceptance of this document.

Share Your Passion provides a service designed to create Signature Systems using Visual Models for clients and does so with exceptional skill, content and preparation.

We are very selective in the clients we choose to work with, therefore all sessions and services are non-transferrable to another person or business.

No sessions may include or be attended by any third parties, unless mutually agreed.

Share Your Passion provides the Authority Accelerator Program.

Share Your Passion may change the content or withdraw any service from its suite of services at any time and will provide written notice to you if you are in any way impacted by such changes.


Authority Accelerator Program

The Authority Accelerator program is an exclusive client experience, offered to select clients only, delivered as a combination of 1:1 sessions, 2 day intensive workshop in Melbourne and a comprehensive done-for-you “Signature System Package”. Access is also provided to resources and templates as required by the client.

There is a 1:1 Clarity Session prior to the 2 day intensive and a 1:1 Product Mapping session post 2 day intensive.

1:1 session times are to be booked via our online appointment booking system.

Dates and locations of the 2 Day Intensive are set by Share Your Passion. Your travel expenses for these workshops are your responsibility.

At the 2 Day Intensive, Share Your Passion will provide the training, facilitation and accountability for the client to create a 4 visual models.

Share Your Passion will take the client’s hand drawn models from the 2 Day Intensive in order to create the Signature System Package according to the client’s brand guidelines, which the client must provide.

The “Signature System Package” includes the following items, which are created by Share Your Passion following the completion of the 2 Day Intensive:

Highlighted versions of 4 visual models in your branding in .png and .jpg format

Animated versions of 4 visual models in video format

Blank versions of 4 visual models in .png format

Artwork source file of 4 visual models in .svg or .ai format

Slide deck including animated version of your models

4 worksheets with blank versions of your visual models

Updates and tweaks to the client’s “Signature System Package” is included for 90 days following the completion of the 2 day intensive. It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear and efficient instructions to ensure that Share Your Passion can fulfil its obligations and commitment to the highest standard.

Ownership of the “Signature System Package” transfers to the client when payment has been made in full or the payment plan has been completed in full. Failure to complete the agreed to Payment Plan will result in ownership of these items being retained by Share Your Passion.


I work hours that provide me with life balance. This allows me to be at my best for my clients, my family and myself.

Therefore, unless negotiated otherwise, to accommodate special client circumstances, I am available for Consultation from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday, during Victorian school terms.

2. Payment

You understand and agree:

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

Participation in the Authority Accelerator Program requires Full payment or commitment to the offered Payment Plan PRIOR to the program commencing.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Authority Accelerator Program

Share Your Passion offers a refund if you have participated fully and completed the first day of the 2 Day Intensive and are unhappy for any reason.

You will need to discuss your concerns with Share Your Passion at the end of the first day of the workshop. In this instance, Share Your Passion will refund your payment, less an admin fee of $1000.

You may cancel participation in this program prior to commencement of the 2 Day Intensive program, however a cancellation fee of $250 will apply.

You may reschedule your 1:1 sessions 48 hours in advance of the booked session. If rescheduling, availability at your requested time is not guaranteed.

You will be charged an administration fee if you cancel within 48 hours of the session or do not show up for the booked session.

Full fees will be charged for cancellation or no shows unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

4. Your Obligations

Share Your Passion takes pride in the preparation and delivery of superior and expert services to Clients and in supporting clients to achieve outstanding results in their businesses.

You understand and agree that:

The successful outcome of us working together is dependent on you doing the work that needs to be done throughout the process. Share Your Passion is not responsible for any delays, or less than expected outcomes, that are a result of (including but not limited to) your failure to:

do the work required and co-operate with the process developed to achieve the outcome you are seeking,

provide information as requested,

attend consultation times as requested,

obtain additional advice about your industry and undertake market research as requested,

arrange for ancillary services that may be required from time to time such as technical, financial, legal or any other expert advice or clarification that may impact on the quality of the course of outcome you are seeking.

Share Your Passion reserves the right to cease further work until due fees are paid and will not be responsible for any delays or loss as a result of your failure to pay fees when they are due.

5. Feedback & Dispute Resolution

Your feedback is important!

You understand and agree:

You will contact Share Your Passion immediately with any concerns so that they may be resolved quickly and effectively.

In the event of a dispute you agree to the following Dispute Resolution Procedure:

You must advise us in writing of the nature of the dispute, the outcome you seek and what actions you believe will settle the dispute.

You agree to meet in person, via Zoom or similar online platform, in good faith to seek to resolve the dispute by agreement and compromise.

If an agreement cannot be reached to resolve the dispute any party may refer to a mediator who will determine time and place for mediation.

Mediation may occur in person or via Zoom or a similar online platform for the convenience of both parties.

Both parties must attend the mediation referred by the mediator, in good faith, to seek to resolve the dispute through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution processes.

Confidentiality is paramount to both the reputation of you and me.

At no time will any communications or discussions in relation to any dispute be made public. This includes but is not limited to any social media platforms.

Any negative public discussion or comments about either party will be considered defamatory, negative, or otherwise damaging, and will be the subject of compensation in any mediation or litigation claim.

6. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree:

Liability for the services provided by Share Your Passion is governed solely by the Australian Consumer Law and these Terms and Conditions.  

Nothing in these Terms removes your Statutory Rights as a consumer under Australian Consumer Law. 

Except for your Statutory Rights, all material (including by not limited to educational and demonstration videos and other material) and services is provided to you without warranties of any kind, either express or implied; and Share Your Passion expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Share Your Passion excludes all express or implied representations, conditions, guarantees, warranties and terms relating to any Services except those set out in this Agreement, including but not limited to implied or express guarantees, warranties, representations or conditions of any kind, which are not stated in this Agreement.

Share Your Passion guarantees all services are supplied to you with due care and skill and fit for the purpose that the services have been advertised.

Share Your Passion cannot and does not guarantee that you, the Client, will take the necessary actions identified during the sessions to achieve a specific result. What you achieve through these sessions is your choice and responsibility.

To the extent that Share Your Passion is unable to exclude liability; total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from Services by Share Your Passion is limited to re-supplying the Services to you, or, at Share Your Passion’s option, refunding to you the amount you have paid for the Services to which your claim relates.

7. Governing Law 

You understand and agree:

The Terms and Conditions in this Agreement are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria.
