Find out more about Liz O’Dwyer

Liz is here to dispel the myth that living a sustainable lifestyle is just for hippies. She has a deep understanding of the detrimental effects of modern living and the degradation happening to our environment on a daily basis. This knowledge has been gathered over the years, as she transformed many areas of her life to reduce plastic usage, reduce exposure to chemicals, and eliminate food waste. Rather than focusing on recycling waste, Liz prefers to live in such a way that doesn’t create waste in the first place.
